An homage to my roots, Izote Panaderia came to life during a transitionary part of my life.

Shortly after losing my first “big girl” job, I was short on cash and needed to find a way to make ends meet. I had always enjoyed baking, albeit never really good at it. My persistent nature and ability to dream big brought a huge baking chapter. I worked at Whole Foods as a Cake Decorator for 2 months and then started my business. I now casually run it on a scaled-down model, baking on special occasions. I still fulfill orders that pique my interest or align with my goals!
